After eighteen years of sales and management experience, Frank Lutostanski founded Selectis in 1992 to address the critical staffing requirements of high growth organizations. He received his Bachelors and Masters degrees from Northwestern University and the Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Following college, Frank performed enterprise solution sales and management at IBM, Tymshare, FileNet, and Teradata.

At IBM, he was involved in implementing a variety of large centralized and distributed applications for organizations nationally. At Tymshare and Teradata, he sold two of the companies largest system orders of $4.0 and $20 million respectively. He worked for FileNet for six years, joining them as a startup in 1984, and selling systems with serial numbers two and three, and then opening and managing ten offices for them across the Central US. During his career, most of the applications he implemented were complex, and required an implementation team with the proper project management, development, integration, and analysis skills. He is recognized nationally as a leader in the staffing for large projects and for recruitment of top performing sales professionals.

Since 1992, Frank has served as President of Selectis Corporation. He manages all sales, consulting, and recruitment operations. Selectis has been very successful in supplying contract and full time professionals to clients on a national basis.

Today, Frank still works by the motto, "Every Customer an Installation Success!" - by personally qualifying every contractor or full time professional for their technical, customer, project, and psychological fit for clients.
