Initiation: As the first step in any assignment, we review your company and particular industry segment. Through consultation with you, we develop an understanding of the organizational culture and specific criteria for the position to be filled.

Definition: After the personal and professional qualifications of the position are identified, we prepare a comprehensive position description for your review. Upon approval, the description is used to communicate the scope of the opportunity to our staff and to prospective candidates.

Strategy: Given the assignment parameters, we determine the strategy most capable of producing skilled candidates who will fit not only the requirements of the position, but also the company culture.

Research: We identify and call all sources likely to generate potential candidates. These include target companies, industry leaders, and our database. The result is an extensive list of names to contact for the position.

Candidate Development: We then call and qualify those candidates who appear to be best suited for the position. We evaluate their qualifications, motivation factors, compatibility with your culture, and level of interest in the opportunity.

Selection: From the interview process, a small handful of candidates are chosen for presentation to you. You can then select candidates for personal interviews. We then coordinate and schedule the interviews.

Verification: Once a finalist is determined and you and the candidate express solid interest, we can check the references of the candidate for you. This is to verify job and responsibility information and the impressions gained during the interview process.

Negotiation: If desired, we work closely with both you and the candidate to design a compensation package calculated to satisfy all parties. As outside consultants, we provide an objective perspective and serve to mediate elements of the formal offer which can have an impact on final acceptance.
